The biggest problem i see here is with perspective like on the desk....and looks like the chair too....Proportions on the body are a little off, structure of the body is little off too. Although, that may be part of what you're going for. I dont know. Something that might help is to study anatomy of bones and muscles...and practice! Also, the table to the right of ur desk....the lines are not parallel, and they should be. haha i like that.
